Those organizers that recognize the value of feedback, notwithstanding their concerns about individual reviews, benefit from the decision to manage their reviews through meaningful engagement with our website.
Once you have claimed your event(s), you may take any of the following 3 actions on oDASH for each review individually:
- Reply : You may reply to the reviewer and address the concern directly. If you are able to convince, the reviewer may choose to login to his/her 10times account and edit / remove the rating and review.
- Report SPAM : Should you feel the review is off topic or speaking anything but about the event, you may want to report it as spam. A notification comes to the investigation team at 10times which shall get back to you within 48 business hours.
- Push To Top : You may want to highlight the best reviews to appear on top of all other reviews. You may choose a maximum of 2 reviews to appear on top.
