The OTP mail should have come from 10times oDASH (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We recommend you to search the mailbox with the following subject lines:
Someone requested your event's access
Someone requested your company's access
Tip: Check the spam / junk folder also. The mail looks like the below screenshot:
Tip: OTP is generally sent as soon as you click on Send OTP button. It might be due to some firewall network security in your office by the IT department that you have not received the OTP. You may either make changes to your firewall settings and then again request for the OTP else you may try using a different method.
