If your claim request is rejected by 10times investigation team, these are the possible reasons behind it:
1. You requested a claim using a non-official email address such as gmail.com / yahoo.com / outlook.com. We do not prefer to provide access on generic email IDs. Hence, we suggest you to create a new account with your work email / business email and try claiming again.
2. Your email was not listed anywhere on the official event website or the company website. If you do not have a work email / business email with a corporate domain, we suggest you to upload / mention your generic email ID on the contact section of your event website / company website. Only when we see the same email listed on the website, we will consider your request.
3. The existing event manager / company administrator has specially requested 10times NOT to give access to anyone else. However, the chances of this reason are slim.
