10times serves as a platform via which exhibitors can request booth / stall / exhibit space at an event.To do so, kindly follow below procedure.
Step 1: Search your preferred event on 10times.com
Step 2: Click on ‘Request a Booth’ button on the header
Step 3: A form will pop up (refer screenshot below). Select the area required and mention any other requirements / inquiries you might have related to the booth.
As soon as you click on the Submit button, your request gets sent to the organizer and event managers.
Note: You shall receive an email based confirmation when and if the organizer has approved your request. You will be shown on the visitors' list on that event's page until the organizer approves your request. Post-approval, you will be shown on the exhibitors' list.
Benefits of being on any of the lists:
- you can start networking with other event-goers and exhibitors already
- you become more noticeable to the organizer
- you start receiving updates of that particular event from 10times to keep you posted at all times
