To claim your company or to claim your event successfully, you need to use any of the below mentioned 4 methods:
Method 1: Get Access Code on your business email address
Step 1. Enter the username and choose the domain at which you want to send the Access Code
Step 2. Click on Send Access Code (a mail will be sent immediately)
Step 3. Check the mailbox for the Access Code mail. It will come from 10times oDASH (firstname.lastname@example.org). You may even search the mailbox for the following subject lines:
Here is your Access Code
Tip: Check the spam / junk /Promotions folder also. The mail looks like the below screenshot:
Step 4: Copy the Access Code from the mail
Step 5: Go back to oDASH to paste the Access Code in the empty field and click on Confirm button
Method 2: Request access from existing event managers / company administrators
Via this method, you may request access from those who already have access to that event / company.
Step 1: Select the event manager / company administrator from the dropdown list
Step 2: Click on Send Request button (a request will be sent immediately)
Method 3: Request access from emails mentioned on below website
Via this method, you may request access from those emails which are mentioned on your website.
Step 1: Enter the URL where emails are mentioned
Step 2: Click on 'Fetch Emails From Website' button
Step 3: Choose any email (fetched by the system) from the dropdown list
Step 4: Click on Send Request button (a request will be sent immediately)
Alternate Method: Request access from 10times
Via this method, you may request access from 10times verification team. It may take up to 48 business hours for us to take action.
