Please refer to Event Submission Guidelines to know what kind of events 10times lists. If your event falls within these guidelines and even then got rejected, below are a few possible reasons:
The website link you entered was either not working or not accessible at our end
Tip: Make sure your website is accessible via all browsers and is not under construction. We consider only those events which have a LIVE website (don't have a website? refer here).
We could not find the event or its details on the website link you entered
Tip: Enter a direct link to your event website (with specific page path) instead of a generic / parent link. Make sure all event details are clearly visible on the landing page.
- There was a mis-match between the information you entered on oDASH and the information visible on the website link you entered
Tip: Make sure all details match accurately with those on your website. Even minor changes in critical information like dates, venue, name spotted by the quality team leads to rejection.
You may Re-submit your event via oDASH after taking appropriate measures stated above. You would receive an auto-generated mail informing your event has been approved / rejected once the quality team has re-audited it (usually takes upto 48 business hours).
Approval and publishing of your events also depend on the nature of your oDASH subscription. Below is a table that shows which kind of events get approved under which kind of subscription.
