For a new user: Make sure you claim your company first to be able to edit / update the event information.
For existing user: Login with your existing email address and password on odash.10times.com and proceed with the below steps to edit the company details.
Tip: if you do not remember your password, You can proceed to click on forgot password button on the login page to be able to proceed further.
Step 1: Click on the drop-down on the extreme left hand side on the header (near the oDASH logo)
Step 2: Click on Edit or View button in front of the name of the company you want to edit details of
Step 2: You can make changes in the Company Address, City, Website, logo and Description
As a Company Administrator, you have complete control to edit all details. If you have Event Manager access, then these fields will not be editable for you. In such cases, please request Admin access first.
