For a new user: Make sure you claim your company first to be able to edit / update the event information.
For existing user: Login with your existing email address and password on odash.10times.com and proceed with the below steps to edit the company details.
Tip: if you do not remember your password, You can proceed to click on forgot password button on the login page to be able to proceed further.
Step 1: Click on 'My Company' tab mention in the header
Step 2: You can make changes in the Company Address, City, Website, logo and Description
As a Company Administrator, you have complete control to grant and revoke access.
Note: If you want to update the name of the company, you can email the same at email@example.com and our quality team will review your request and email you with a resolution.
Note: You need to be a 'Company Contact' (Administrator) in order to be able to edit the company details. 'Event Contact' (Manager) do not have the authority to edit company details.
