To mark your event as cancelled, follow the below steps:
- Create a new oDASH account or login with an existing account. Get access to your event by claiming it and verifying your own
- Go to 'My Events'
- Click on 'Manage Event'
- On the 'Event Overview' page, click on settings icon and select 'Cancelled' from the drop down list
Note: When an event is marked cancelled, the system triggers multiple communication to ensure the visitors are updated.
Tip: Since we allow the organiser to add this detail in the description, this cancel information gets shown on Google, therefore ensuring that the top search listing on Google (10Times) has the most updated information about the event.
